The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopees buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.Job Description:Handle end-to-end process of P&L from strategic planning to execution (projection, modeling, execute, monitor, and resolve issue within the execution)Leverage all data and work with related stakeholders to analyze overall performance and identify levers for improvementsAlign with functional teams for Objective Key Result (OKR) planning and monitoring, resource allocation and optimizationIdentifying new business potential, running experiments, conducting analysis of competitors, partners, business models to have higher revenue potentialProject management for ad hoc projects for business growth and profitability focusRequirements:Minimum Bachelor Degree from any majorMinimum 3 years of work experience in combination of finance and sales experienceHave working experience in ecommerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plusHaving knowledge and experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Finance Modelling and Forecasting would be a plus.Strong analytical skill and good with number and business senseFamiliar with Excel and Powerpoint, know SQL is a plusPassionate team player with leadership potential and good communication skillsWilling to work on-site (#LI-Onsite)
